Additional Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also included in this new document disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had formulated development schemes to develop the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing various areas of the estate.

In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as plans for boat shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the current oversight release.
